High School Vote Just 8 Weeks Away   In This Issue Next Steps for High School Project State of the Town Public Meetings: Learn About the HS Project   Quick Links Recent Updates More About Us     The state and our town's High School Building Committee (HSBC) have made tremendous progress over the summer with the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) set to vote on the final project and funding for a significant portion of the costs on Sept 30. After this vote, the Finance Committee will work to determine the cost over time to taxpayers.  Residents will then vote to fund the town's portion of the HS project cost at the polls on Tues Nov 17 and at Town Meeting on Wed Nov 18 (2/3 majority required).    There are many opportunities to learn about the High School project in public forums over the coming weeks.  Please see the Key Dates section to the left for details.  Also, the HSBC meets regularly with the architect and project manager on Thursdays evenings at the Town Building. The public is welcome to attend.
